Dear Sirs:-
Referring to the security which Mr. A.O. Tate offers you for a four months loan of six thousand dollars ($6,000.00), viz., sixty-five 9650 shares of the stock of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Concentrating Works, I beg to say that I desire you to make the loan, and in consideration thereof I agree upon the maturity of said loan, or at any time within thirty days thereafter, to purchase said security at your request at the price of ninety-three dollars ($93.00) per share
