Dear Sir:-
Your letter of 18th instant is at hand. Mr. Edison is now absent from the Laboratory. We communicated with him, however, in regard to the subject matter of your letter, and he instructed us to say that he would make an appointment with you for any day next week at Orange, probably Wednesday. We are doing everything possible to expedite the matter of the table test and are pushing it forward as much as we can.
Yours very truly,
Edison Laboratory
