Mr. V. H. Ernst,
No. 705 Summit Ave.,
Jersey City, N. J.
Dear Sir:-
In reply to your letter of 26th instant, I beg to say that a few days ago we obtained glass jars for your storage battery and the long delayed test is now being made. Just as soon as this is completed I will advise you and will arrange to meet you either here or in New York, when we can go into the matter fully. This test will provide me with figures which will render all subsequent restrictions very easy.
Yours very truly,
A. O. Tate
Private Secretary.
