June 6, 1892.
Everett Frazer, Esq.,
No. 124 [Water?] Street,
New York City.
Dear Sir:-
When Mr. Fox was in London negotiating for the formation of a Company to represent the Edison-Sims Torpedo interest there was some correspondence that was conducted by cable and which passed through your office between your people in London and Mr. Edison. I have tried to find this correspondence in our files, but have failed. My recollection is that Mr. Edison was to have been paid ten thousand dollars upon the formation of the foreign Company. Do your records confirm this account and can you give me my idea when the money will be paid?
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
Private Secretary.
