Dear Sir:-
I enclose herewith a letter from Lieut. Bettini, who called on me a few days ago and stated that he had made some improvements in his device, and would like to have it reinspected. Will you very kindly go to his office in the Judge Building some time next week, and look at his machine, after which will you oblige me by making me a report in writing?
