March 8, 1893. E. de Castro, Esq., c/o M. Strouse & Co., #49 Broad St., New York. Dear Sir:- In further reference to your letter of 28th ultimo, I have consulted Mr. Edison, and he will sell complete Kinetographs with nickel-in-the-slot attachments, and cabinets, not including batteries, for Five hundred dollars ($500) each, cash in New York, and will give you the right to operate such numbers as you may purchase in the West Indies only. If this proposition is satisfactory I will be glad to hear from you further. Yours very truly, [A.O. Tate?] Private Secretary.
