Dear Sirs:-
The General Electric Company have confirmed their recent order for Ampere Meters. We desire to commence immediately the manufacture of 500 of these instruments. I enclose herewith a detailed list of the parts entering into this order, the larger portion of which you will be able to carry through on contract. As soon as this order is under way, please let me have a statement showing what parts are being manufactured under contract. I have requested Mr. Kennelly to see Mr. Ballou in order that no delay may be encountered through any of the details being lost sight of. Please request Mr. Ballou to consult Mr. Edison before commencing the manufacture of these instruments.
Yours truly,
Edison Phonograph Works,
