June 30, 1893. Hamilton Miller, Esq., Edison Phonograph Works, Orange, N. J. Dear Sir:- I desire you to rearrange the organization of the Packing Department which handles the Edison Manufacturing Co's material. Put Mr. Pardee in immediate charge of this Department under your supervision, and relieve Hooper of as much clerical work as possible.
