Dear Sir:-
I desire you to rearrange the organization of the Packing Department which handles the Edison Manufacturing Co's material. Put Mr. Pardee in immediate charge of this Department under your supervision, and relieve Hooper of as much clerical work as possible. Also make the change with reference to packing slip forms which you explained to me this morning.
