44 Broad St., New York, July 17, 1893.
Messrs. Dyer & Seely,
No. 36 Wall Street, New York.
Dear Sirs:-
I beg to advise you that Mr. A. E. Kennelly has invented a new Station Voltmeter which operates between 115 and 125 volts, instead of between zero and 125 volts, as in the case of all other instruments of like character at present in use. This feature is unique and valuable and we desire to have it protected. Will you please send someone to the Laboratory immediately to see Mr. Kennelly, who will provide all further particulars necessary to secure such protection.
Yours truly,
Messrs. Dyer & Seely,
No. 36 Wall Street, New York.
