R. Wayne Parker, Esq.,
#800 Broad Street,
Newark,
New Jersey.
My dear Sir:--
I beg to refer to you the enclosed letter which I received from Mr. Richard Townley Haines, Manager of our New York Agency, in regard to efforts which are being made by Mr. V. H. Emerson's brother and Mr. George J. Gaskin to introduce automatic phonographs in New York City, presumably in the interest of The New Jersey Phonograph Company. Will the information contained in this communication be of any service to you in connection with our suits against the New Jersey Company?
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate
Vice-President.
