Dec. 16th, 1893. Messrs. Dyer & Seely, 36 Wall St., New York. Gentlemen:-- Mr. A. B. Dick has written to Mr. Edison informing him that he is prosecuting infringers of his patent on method of making autographic stencils, and stating that it is very desirable that he (Mr. Edison) should testify in the matter, and asking him to inform you what day it would be convenient for him to do so. In reply Mr. Edison directs me to say that any day next week would be convenient for him to give the required testimony, and if you will name the day on which it would be convenient for you to take it, he will be in readiness. Yours very truly, A.O. Tate Private Secretary. M.
