Dear Sirs:--
I enclose herewith a letter which I have received from Mr. Park Benjamin in regard to my deposition in the case of Dick Co. vs. Hardie. I have written to Mr. Benjamin withdrawing the expressions to which he objects, and you will therefore please see that [it is?] they are eliminated from my testimony. Please return to me Mr. Benjamin’s letter.
