Dear Sir: --
With reference to your letter of 25th ult., addressed to Mr. Edison, I beg to inform you that it is the Kinetoscope which is being built in nickel slot form. The price of the Kinetoscope is $250. not including the necessary battery or Picture Strips. The picture strips will cost from five to eight dollars each according to the subject. All the Kinetoscopes thus far made have been disposed of. There are a lot under way now which will be ready in two or three months.
Yours very truly,
AO Tate
Private Secretary.
