April 24 94 R. Wayne Parker Esq 800 Broad Street Newark N. J. Dear Sir:- In reply to your favor of the 19th inst I beg to state that the Proxies sent from Boston were never received. They probably never were sent, the whole thing is a mystery. You better get Tate's proxy as I understand he has resigned from North American and is going to Helena Montana to take a position in a Bank.
