G. E. Gouraud, Esq.,
Edison Building,
#14 Broad st., N. Y.,
Dear Sir:-
I am in receipt of your letter of May 24th, enclosing copy of correspondence that has passed between yourself and Mr. Moriaty, all of which has been very carefully read by me.
So far as the United Phonograph Co. is concerned, I desire to say to you that I am through with them absolutely, and you may fight them all that you please, but I do not care to have anything more to do with them in any way.
Yours very truly,
Thomas A. Edison
