June 22, 1894. Messrs. Dyar [Dyer] & Seely, #36 Wall st., N. Y. Dear sirs:- Referring to your letter of April 25th addressed to Mr. John F. Randolph we attach hereto letter addressed to yourselves, of Mr. W. K. L. Dickson, dated June 21st, also copyright of Edison Kinetoscope Records, referred to therein. Mr. Dickson states that this copyright includes all subjects up to April 9th, and that in passing over this paper, he passes over all Kinetoscope Records that have been taken in his name.
