Alex Elliott Jr Esq
Paterson N. J.
Dear Sir:-
I beg to advise you that Mr Edison made the following memorandum on your letter dated June 28-1894
"You can let Carter and De Camp drop awhile – I am fast coming to the conclusion that DeCamp is a hag and that the property is not really worth the money we propose giving.
You can arrange with Lehman yourself and have him subject to call."
Yours truly
J.F. Randolph
