Aug. 27, 1894. Messrs. Maguire & Baucus, #41 Wall St., N. Y., Dear sirs:- I understand that you are making some arrangement with Colonel Gouraud to sell his machines in this market. My understanding with you was that you were not to sell any machines in the United States or Canada, and I would advise that you come to some understanding with Mr. Raff on this matter.
