Aug 31st 1894 G. N. Morison Esq Secy. Edison United Phonograph Cy- Mills Building New York. Dear Sir:- Your favor of the 30th inst., came duly to hand and in reply I beg to state that you may send the following Cable:- Moriarity. Paris. Please deny that the United States Phonograph Company of Newark have received any rights from me to sell Phonographs in France.
