Dear Sir:-
Your favor of the 30th inst., came duly to hand and in reply I beg to state that you may send the following Cable:-
Moriarity.
Paris.
Please deny that the United States Phonograph Company of Newark have received any rights from me to sell Phonographs in France. I have granted this right exclusively to the Edison United Phonograph Company.
The above cable is not to be changed without my consent.
