#3 Whitehall Court, S. W.,
London, England.
Dear sir:-
I have your letter of Sept. 29th. enclosing communication addressed to Messrs. Drexel, Morgan & Co., as to releasing $9900. of the $10.000. credited to my account there, which I have signed and forwarded to them; also enclosing communication addressed to Mr. Kayser, instructing him to deliver the machine and parts thereof, which he has belonging to you. My people have not yet succeeded in locating Mr. Kayser, but we hope to reach him soon. You will doubtless have received advices ere the receipt of this letter, from Messrs. Drexel, Morgan & Co., that the $9900. above referred to is subject to your order. Immediately I get the machine from Mr. Kayser, I will then communicate with you further.
Yours very truly,

Thos A Edison
