Oct. 17, 1894. R. Wayne Parker, Esq., #765 Broad st., Newark, N. J., Dear sir: I have your favor of the 10th inst., regarding state taxes of the Edison Phonograph Co. Will you please let me know what is the exact amount still due on back taxes. I should also like to know whether, now, that this Company is a going concern, it will not be free from future taxes?
