Oct. 22, 1894. R. Wayne Parker, Esq., Prudential Building, Newark, N. J., Dear Mr. Parker:- I have your letter of the 18th and shall be glad to hear from you immediately you have any advice as to the exact amount still due, in the way of taxes, by the Edison Phonograph Co. The Edison Phonograph Co. has already placed an order with the Works to manufacture Phonographs, and they are now actively engaged in manufacturing them.
