My dear Parker:-
In reply to your favor of the 27th ult., I think we better abandon the insolvency suit. of course the suit against us will have to be met if they press us. they appear to think this suit is acting as a club over my head. If you could hold off on the bill a little it would be agreeable. That Mill at Ogden is a terror on money.
