Dec 5th 94 R. Wayne Parker Esq- 765 Broad Street Newark. N. J. My dear Parker:- In reply to your favor of the 27th ult., I think we better abandon the insolvency suit. of course the suit against us will have to be met if they press us. they appear to think this suit is acting as a club over my head.
