I have invented a system of converting one Railway telegraph circuit into two independent circuits, which is different from the Duplex and Quadruplex as [illegible text] Station cannot be used with these systems and even the terminals are not independent.
The system has the “peculiarity” that it will work when the poles are all blown down and Morse useless The system is in use on the Penna R.R. Cy. I only charge a small royalty to keep me in [illegible text].
