Feb 28th 95 Messrs Seligman and Seligman 15 Broad Street New York Dear [Sirs?] Yours of the [illegible date] received. I had already told Dyer and Seely to have nothing to do with the parties mentioned. Hough is the Pirate who is infringing and making bogus Kinetoscopes in Europe.
