Dear Sir :-
I beg to enclose you herewith insurance policies as follows :
[List of nine insurance policies, with coverage and expiration dates]
Please cancel all of the above Policies, and have them placed in some other good companies, and send me check for the amount of the cancelled premiums.
In future, please do not place any of my Insurance with these companies, or any other Lloyds.
