Nov. 18th, 1895.
Messrs. Dyer & Driscoll,
#36 Wall st., New York.
Dear sirs:-
I have your letter of the 14th, calling my attention to your previous communication of Oct. 28th, as to cylinders, for experimental use, in the suit against the United States Company. I have had a man on this work ever since your first letter was received. About one-third (1/3) of the cylinders are ready, but it will be some little time yet before the balance can be finished. They will be sent you at the earliest possible moment.
Yours very truly,
Messrs. Dyer & Driscoll,
