Dec. 26th. 1895. R. N. Dyer, Esq., c/o Dyer & Driscoll, #36 Wall St., N. Y. Dear Mr. Dyer:- I have your favor of the 21st. and give you below a list of the claims against the N. A. P. Co., on which Mr. Edison has agreed to pay 80% out of the first profits of the business. The last three items have been figured with interest to Feb. 1, 1896, and as Mr. Edison agreed to allow interest at 6% per annum on same.
