Dec. 26th. 1895.
General Electric Co.,
J. P. Ord, 2nd. Vice Pres.,
Schenectady, N. Y.
Dear Sir:-
I have your favor of the 20th., which I handed to Mr. Edison, who returned it to me with instructions to say that the rental of $50 a month which you ask for the Bloomfield factory is entirely too high. He is perfectly willing to pay you $20 month rental for same.
Yours very truly,
[W.E. Gilmore?]
