Dear Sir:-
In reply to your favor of the 13th inst, I beg to state that I have the process but you know the reason I cant go ahead. I must finish my iron mill, and not being able to raise the money on Wall Street I am working in Laboratory. Had Mr Villard any intuitiveness he would put in the money I require to make it a success, to wit, $40.000.–
