Dear Sir:-
Your letter received with that of Mr Durer. I am much obliged for your kind offer of box, but I do not believe I can find time to accept.
I would prize highly Madame Duse photograph with autograph. My wife has been four times to see her and thinks she is the greatest Actress known to the Stage. I send herewith my photograph with signature. If some pleasant day Madame Duse could find time to come over to the Laboratory which is only fifty minutes of travel from New York I would be pleased to show her some of the curious things we have here.
Yours truly
