April 14th., 1896.
John F. Beamer, Esq.,
Washington, Ia.,
Dear Sir:-
I have your letter of the 10th., and in reply would say that I consider either the Mutual Life Insurance Company or the New York Life Insurance Company first class in every way. I consider it entirely proper for a man of family to insure his life.
Yours very truly,
[Thos. A. Edison?]
