Dear Sir:-
In reply to your favor of the 12th inst, I beg to state that I have taken photographs of the hand in one seconds. The material for the screen is crystalized Tungstate of Calcium, put on a sheet with Collodian [Collodion] and placed in a dark box, everybody uses them in this Country and they are called “Fluoroscopes”
