June 19th, 1896.

Dear Sir:
I have your letter of the 15th, and return you herewith circular addressed to the Stockholders of the Edison Phonograph Toy Mfg. Co. I am not at all interested in the reorganization of this concern and personally shall have nothing whatever to do with it. The question as to whether the reorganization scheme will be a success or not is purely problematical. I have not been consulted in the matter and know nothing whatever about it.
Yours very truly,
Thos. A. Edison
R[andolph].
