June 19th, 1896. Mrs. Elestus M. Springer, 187 Kenrick Park, Newton, Mass. Dear Madam: I have your favor of the 16th, and in reply would say that I know nothing whatever of the proposed reorganization of the Edison Toy Co., not having been consulted in any way regarding same. Personally, I have no interest in it, having wiped out all of the interest heretofore held and I shall have no part whatever in getting out any apparatus etc. for the new company.
