June 19th, 1896.
Mrs. Elestus M. Springer,
187 Kenrick Park,
Newton, Mass.
Dear Madam:
I have your favor of the 16th, and in reply would say that I know nothing whatever of the proposed reorganization of the Edison Toy Co., not having been consulted in any way regarding same. Personally, I have no interest in it, having wiped out all of the interest heretofore held and I shall have no part whatever in getting out any apparatus etc. for the new company. The question as to whether the reorganization scheme will be a success, commercially or otherwise, is entirely problematical.
Yours very truly,
Thos A. Edison
R[andolph].
