[Dr.?] W. Rathenau
Bitterfeld. Germany
Dear Sir:-
I beg to acknowledge with thanks receipt of the Chromium, Magnesium and Beryllium which you kindly sent me. Up to the present time the Lamps from Berlin have good life but the fall of Candle Power is very great far exceeding that of all makers. The [Rolling?] Works should have their attention called to this [as?] its a serious matter.
Yours truly
Thos. A. Edison
