Dear Sir:-
Your favor of the 12th inst, came duly to hand and in reply I beg to state that as soon as I have my Iron Concentrating Mill at Edison, N.J. in operation which will be this winter, I propose operating in the South. I know of the Brower Mine and have sampled it. No money can be made working it with Stamp Mills, Amalgamation or Cyanide, it wants something entirely different. The property in my mind is valuable and the Proprietors will in time I think get a handsome return from it.
Yours truly
Thos. A. Edison
