Edison R April 7 98 Alexander Miller Esq Alhambra, Cal Dear Sir:- In reply to your favor of the 26th ult, I beg to state that we have a crushing plant in North Jersey with capacity of 5000 tones daily concentrating low grade iron ore. We have not as yet made small machinery but have recently designed a small mill for 1000 tons daily which will be in operation this Summer for crushing zinc, of course such a mill will crush any ore, it crushed to 40 mesh fine. We shall not be ready to furnish other plants for some time. Yours truly, Thos A. Edison R
