Dear Sir:-
In reply to your favor of the 6th inst, I have instructed draughtsman to forward you photograph of the zinc mill model. I have been experimenting a little on some of Stratton ore sent by him to me sometime ago from Cripple Creek but its too rich in gold to do anything. Please do not send me any but the purest you can find, also the hardest to crush. I am in receipt of a lot of sandstone from Colorado that contain about 4.50 party says its two miles wide and thirty miles long but no good shooter have been found. It's ideal ore for crushing and separating.
