Dear Sir:-
As per your favor of the 24th inst, I beg to enclose you herewith four 5% Gold Bonds of the Edison Phonograph Works par value one thousand dollars each, these bonds and the sixty shares of general electric co’s stock will amount to $10,000 the amount which I owe the Estate of R.L. Cutting. Kindly date and sign the enclosed receipt as executor and greatly oblige.
