Dear Sir
I have read over the form of assignment of the patents to the O.M. Syndicate sent to me by yourself. I find that it is not drawn up in accordance with the contract. Please have one drawn to conform thereto, and if such a thing is possible and permissible, have it put in language not susceptible of several constrictions. I always like to understand clearly just what I have to perform.
