Dear Sirs:-
Replying to yours of 22nd inst, to Mr. Mallory I beg to state that
The Edison Saunders Co is only formed to close up Saunders and Ingersoll people and is not intended for distribution. This way of doing it will render unnecessary any contract relations with them.
Our proportion can be put in escrow and be held under our mutual contract, later on we will make a large Company to cover the whole matters
Seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars cash will be enough to pay for the Cement Mill we can keep balance in Treasury and ultimately take it ourselves.
Yours truly
Thos A. Edison
