June 13th, 1899.
Mr. E. Clarence Miller,
457 Chester St.,
Philadelphia, Pa.
My Dear [E?]:-
We made a test of the cement rolls to-day, but hat quite a little trouble with the elevator, which has given us trouble all the way through. We have decided to send to out Edison Works for a larger elevator, which we will use in place of the smaller one. This will delay the test until some time next week, which we trust will not in any way inconvenience your friends. I will notify you as soon as we are ready.
Yours truly,
Mr. E. Clarence Miller,
