Dear Sirs:-
I am just in receipt from Mr. Dick of your letter of June 22nd to him relative to the New Zealand sand. Replying to same, I beg to state that undoubtedly the titanium can be reduced by concentration so it will not be objectionable for blast furnace use, and a good concentrate made; however, as I understand the situation, even if high grade concentrates were made, there would be little or no market for them. It would therefore seem to me to be unwise to invest any money until a market could be assured for the product.
Yours very truly.
