Dear Sirs:-
We do not understand the enclosed bill for $10.00. The offer made by your Mr. Eimer we understood that you would replace the former furnace which proved so very unsatisfactory and which gave us such a lot of trouble, with one that would do the work satisfactorily, nothing being stated at that time to our Mr. Chapman as to any additional cost.
