Third and last cable oriental must have transfer from consolidated of [gower] patents before paying consolidated cant transfer unless Venders take four thousand telephones consolidated agree to accept in lieu of Venders limited company with ten thousand pounds cash capital this requires us to use four thousand pounds of cash received this capital will be well invested as telephones are free for use in england hence investment may be considered good or saleable your share of the contribution will be two thousand pounds only alternative to this settlement is protracted litigation which will probably end in nothing please send following cable promptly Approve all three.
