- Just returned Germany where contract subject ratification signed Jacob London National bank Berlin Serlzbash Brothers Frankfort option from (firm) before first January factory and plants company two million make capital Paris companies receive twenty five percentum capital and Augmentations during twenty years at same date syndicate formed for City Exploitation with two Million marks for Experimental Stations we give syndicate twenty per cent profits on contracts with cities that own their gas works and where share companies formed we get free from commission to German syndicate ten per cent capitals and augmentations twenty years no debt obligations to be created for factory or exploitation companies New York companys share in factory and plant company is sixty three and three tenths percentum of total received or fifteen and eighty two hundred per centum of total capital call meeting your board Saturday and cable as contract falls Monday unless notified Saturday Syndicates gives hundred fifty thousand francs towards expense till option closed loosing it if option refused
