Sorry to hear of increase in coal price; "there seems to be a combination to raise prices down at the beach" but we can meet it. Since you're out of room to store ore, discharge men except Beebe until bags arrive. Will send money in separate letter today. PS Your telegram just rcd. Will have dynamo fixed by time you're ready to start again. Send all details you can about the defect.
