- [Handwritten letter]. Your letters of 1st and 2nd addressed to TAE relating to the circuit you are working on come duly to hand. He does not think it advisable to raise the loyalty because it may prove possible to run circuits of over a hundred miles in practice and he prefers to leave it at $100 for each citcuit. Have advised Ott to forward transmitters you ask for.
