- Editor's Notes
- I return you herewith the correspondence in relation to the Harrisburgh circuit. The first trouble reported on this circuit was with a condenser which was in the broker's office at York, a number of sheets in which had been short-circuited by lightning and x four plugs were pulled without notice of same having been sent to the Baltimore office. Troubles of this character can hardly be put down to this invention. On all of our condensers we now place a lightning arrester. We are meeting with very good results on very much longer circuits then between Baltimore and Harrisburgh.
